I like Die Ärzte. But I think the best German band is Böhse Onkelz. I think The Toten Hosen are the second best with Beatsteaks a close third.

NWA is meh-meh. Public Enemy is pretty damn good. Rage is great.

NWA is cool. Public Enemy is nice. But if you're not bumpin' to some 2short or E-40, you ain't bumpin' at all.
