Title: What instruments do you play?
Post by: MattGSX on March 21, 2007, 09:25:37 PM: I'm pretty sure I've started this topic once already, because I seem to do it in every forum, but since this is finally music related, I can do it.

What instruments do you already play (and by play I mean play with some degree of proficiency. It doesn't mean you know a chord on a guitar or that you can play ode to joy on piano with your right hand)? What instruments would you like to play? Oh, and singing DOES count as an instrument, because (despite popular belief) it's hard work to sing well.

Strings - Viola (main instrument), violin, contrabass, guitar
Percussion - Drumset (standard jazz trap), djembe
Keyboard - (I'm taking piano lessons, but I play like a 12 year old. And not one of those 12 year old Asian prodigies)
i also somewhat sing.
I would love to play the piano better, and possibly bassoon or French horn. I've always been fascinated by the two, especially the extremes of their ranges and possible tones.

Anywho, how about you?
