I like Propagandhi, someone told me their newest CD is great and I am excited to hear it, after not really enjoying the last one (Today's Empires, Tomorrow's Ashes).

Unless they're back to that dirty, angry "How to Clean Everything" sound, I can't imagine I'd dig it. I don't want to hear the new album until someone can reassure me that they haven't started adding guitar solos.

Today's Empires, Tomorrow's Ashes was not their previous CD. Potemkin City Lomits is. They're both pretty subpar.

Less Talk More Rock is by far their best.

Yeah, I illegally downloaded his entire discography. Man has a way with words and an acoustic guitar.

Although I'll have to promote the Twin Cities In Defense. Check out the song no war but star wars and the video on youtube shot in taco johns. Just great.

Lately I've been getting into Raft of Dead Monkeys lately. Really good stuff. Umm also Down We Go came through and they put on quite a good show.

I don't think file sharing is necessary. If you like the stuff and can afford 8-$12, then buy it. It's much more fun to have hard copies anyway.

I don't consider the Talking Heads to be punk rock. I do, however, consider them to be the best band ever.
