Yeah, I've checked the main page but can only find articles about BUTTONS and pranks on taco bell.  I also checked the Articles section and read the recording calls section - which was useful - but what I am really looking for are some artcicles on the legalieties of prank phone calls and the risks one is taking when making them.

Sorry for being such a newb, and thanks for your time.

Maybe that's true but knowing that it was my cousin I will call him for xmas  ;)

Besides where I live as long as you don't start any kind of harassments I mean if you just play with him a bit is not illegal.
The congress here is still evaluating the penalties for informatics felonies, so if you wanna' be cool with your activities you should come...
