Last chance to point out any embarrassing errors in the PLA book.  I've started proofing another copy and will soon be switching the book over to it.  The tiny print inside the book will call it the 2nd edition, though there won't be any new content in the book.  I've corrected everything godot and RTF pointed out and I've found a few other errors on my own, but I'm still open to suggestions.

Make sure you ALL buy the 2nd edition at full price soon!

Under what context would this ever make sense?
