Privately owned payphone numbers

Here in Green Bay, we have hundreds of these. They're at every other gas station or store. Most of them work too. I tried to red box one, but it didn't work. Anyway, will the PLA accept numbers from these phones? Or is just a waste of time?

You're welcome to post the numbers in here.  There's a few pay phone threads for it, or you can start your own.  It is a little pointless, though, unless they're in a really great area where people pick them up often.

most if not all of those phones don't take incoming calls
