Looks like there is a cake decorating class going on right now.  A bunch of old ladies and one younger guy.  We should call and tell them what a queer that guy is.

I was moving the cam up and down as fast as I could, and the young guy looked up and pointed it out.

if you turn to the left, you can also see the register, ungaurded right next to the door. I would love to see some guy knock them off right on camera   ;)

A site I used to visit in the past... www.drivemeinsane.com
Easily found his number, but not gonna call him until I get Skype up and running again.
I remember me and my friends used to annoy the hell out of the people and bust the site owner's balls on the IRC chat... banned so many times, but every time the site would crash we'd get back on and do it again. Wish I knew about proxy servers and whatnot back then, probably would have taken care of the ban problem pretty quick.

Didn't we do something something similar or just like this on the old Cal's a long time ago. I think it was a school or something and we kept calling a payphone  that was on a livecam. I wonder if I can find the link....

Nope, can't find it. Does any else know what I'm talking about? Apparently I don't

Also, there are two Pillsburry Doughboys in the top left corner sittingn on a shelf if you have the cam pointed at the door.

I vaguely recall the payphone cam, there was another phone cam in NYC I believe near a shop.

Was it a cafe though? I thought it was some kind of classroom or something. I wish I could find it. I guess I could go look again, but I don't think I'll find it. It's hard to find anything on there. I had to search for an hour to make an obscure reference before.

There was a classroom one also, payphone off in the left hand corner of the room, lots of tables.  The cafe one was more of a cateteria.

Last night's fooling around with the Randy's Donuts place was pretty fun. The other cameras were just a bust, sadly.

We got the lady at the donut place to move the camera on us, but she just pointed it upwards, still showing her and the drive-through.

I got a lot of good cams today, found security cams at colleges, businesses etc.. I do not want to post them on here tho and will share them with the bridge tonight.

I remember a camera we used to have access too that was on a utility pole in some downtown area in a small city.  We were able to pan 360 degrees and zoom in really close on things.  I could zoom into just about any of the shop windows and see the employees and customers somewhat clearly.  Legend & I zoomed in on some lady in her car who was eating a sandwich and picking her nose for a really long time.  That was a great camera.  I'm sure the link to it is on Cal's somewhere.

I always thought that camera could somehow be used in a phone mobbing.

The problem with live cameras is that I can't really think of anything fun to do with them, other than send businesses to them so we can watch some delivery guy be in the frame for a few minutes.  That's pretty boring after awhile.  We need to think of something better than that.

Put PLA signs in front of as many live cams as possible.. earlier I was watching a security cam and the operator kept zooming in on women. :o

As mentioned in the bar article by Brad, opentopia.com is a good resource for cameras.

This seems like good potential.

http://www.truelookcams.com/index.jsp This site has a decent selection of Live Cams.
I found it on the nj.com website while listening to the live police scanner they have on there (currently isn't working for me though), and checking out the beach cam in the summer.

I tried to look online for the default password combo, and came up with this:

username: root
password: pass
granted it doesnt work, other popular ones are root or admin and the ip address. I have tried root/password, admin/password, root/root, admin/admin, axadmin/axadmin. ??? Everything i could think of. Does anyone own one of these (axis 2100) that could tell us their defaut password???? ??? :-\

If I remember correctly, with Axis cameras, you are forced to change the user name/password combo when you first set it up.
