Title: Unprotected school cleaning crew work order site...
Post by: ORLY on June 02, 2006, 09:12:54 PM
Wow... I was poking around my old high school's website, and guess what I found completely unprotected.

http://www.pbmcleans.com/comments/CustomerForm.php?CustomerID=131&LoginType=Customer&ActiveTab=Opened&ActionType=View

You can even edit old and current work orders.  There is an old one where the principal bitches out the company, and threatens to not pay their contract.

Oh yeah... here is a phone number list to make your entry legit:

That's awesome.

There's more of these for different buildings. Just replace the number on the end of this link. You'll get an error but just click new or opened and it'll work.

CustomerId's 122-132 have been tested by me.

Some of these are hilarious:

Yesterday, Jan. 27th, I left around 6:15 and locked the closet in the cafeteria.  This morning, Jan.28th, the closet was unlocked, both doors were open, and the light was on.  Did any of your employees go in there?  We are trying to track down why someone would have gone into the closet.  Thank you, Phyllis Rosati

Friday afternoon I put $15 in my desk at 4:30, locked the office and the classroom.  On Tuesday morning after MLK day, it was gone.  I filed a police report with our SRO.  Yesterday I put $50 in my desk at 4:30.  I meant to take it home, and I really just forgot.  I remembered about 6:00pm, but I live at the Georgia line and didn't have time to come back to school.  This morning before I let my students in the building, I looked for it, and it was gone.  The receipts that I have written for these payments are also stolen.  My concern is that it is in my locked office behind a locked clasroom door.  Please ask your cleaning crew to not enter my office (room 9-156) at all.  If I need my garbage taken out I will put it outside my office.  This is a huge concern for me because both of these payments are monies that belong to students for a trip they are saving for.  This is not my money.  It's the students and it has happened twice now!!

Cynthia St. John

I have a transcription machine in my office that has a foot pedal.  I was in the middle of transcribing a tape when I left yesterday.  This morning, I found that the trash can had been left on top of the foot pedal and the tape had ran out.  It would be nice if the person emptying the trash would be more mindful when replacing the can.  Thank you.

Just posted one:

Dr. Rodney Ryan

Principal, FSUS Middle School

Several of the female staff members here have been complaining about one of your janitorial crew. I don't know the gentleman's name as yet, but by all descriptions he is a short, fat, greasy-looking, mustachioed man with large ears, crooked teeth, razor stubble and a profusion of tightly-curled body hair.

I have received several reports that this man has been spotted after school hours wearing your company's uniform, peering in the classroom windows at the female teachers, while apparently pretending to be washing windows.

At this point there is little I can do in the way of legal action, since he doesn't appear to have broken any specific laws as yet, but I want it to be known that this type of behavior will not be tolerated. He has the entire female staff of the school thoroughly creeped-out, and several of them fear for their virtue and/or their personal safety. Needless to say, If I hear any more news of such shenanigans on the part of your unwashed, uneducated lackeys, it will result in a report being filed with the Talahassee police, and my strong recommendation that we terminate your contract with the Florida State University school system.

I trust that this matter will be looked into, and the offending employee strictly punished or preferably deported to his native country of origin.

Thank You,

Dr. Rodney Ryan
Principal, FSUS Middle School

PS: I am not kidding around. This is serious business.

Left on the FSUS Drug Abuse Report page:

Your name (optional): <left blank>

* Person(s) who this concern is about: Tracy Haley

* What is your concern?:
Please give as much detail as you can.
Information about when, where, what
type of drugs are being used, etc.

Ms Haley, the 6th grade Science teacher is operating a methamphetamine lab on the bottom shelf of one of the cabinets in the Science room.

She has been giving us homework assignments that don't make sense, like bringing in all our used alkaline batteries, going to the drugstore to buy Sudafed and bottles of Drano. Then she puts all these things away in the closet. I seen this myself and my brother's friend's dad makes meth so I know what I'm talking about.

I also saw her talking to some bikers in the school parking lot after school last Friday.

Just to give you some background on this school, the director (higher than the principal) is a member of the NAACP and VERY easily offended.  The school itself is prodominently white.

Just posted this:

Name: Cactus
Occupation: bored teenager

Why don't you password-protect these work-order forms? It's not that difficult to do in PHP.

With all the big institutional accounts your company has, you should be able to afford to hire a second-year programming student to do it for you.

Are you guys just lazy, or do you find our witty comments that amusing?

I think this is funny as hell. It looks my first work order (http://www.pbmcleans.com/comments/CustomerForm.php?CustomerID=131&LoginType=&WorkOrderID=612&ActionType=&ActiveTab=Update&ActiveTabOld=Closed) was taken care of.

Let's see if they take care of the other one (http://www.pbmcleans.com/comments/CustomerForm.php?CustomerID=131&LoginType=&WorkOrderID=622&ActionType=&ActiveTab=Update&ActiveTabOld=Opened)

Anyone notice that you can change the CustomerID number and you'll find other businesses that use this system?  Here's a few that I found:

ACS (http://www.pbmcleans.com/comments/CustomerForm.php?CustomerID=128)
Butler Pappas (http://www.pbmcleans.com/comments/CustomerForm.php?CustomerID=126)
James Moore & Co., P.L. (http://www.pbmcleans.com/comments/CustomerForm.php?CustomerID=125)
URS Corporation (http://www.pbmcleans.com/comments/CustomerForm.php?CustomerID=124)
Florida Commission on Ethics (http://www.pbmcleans.com/comments/CustomerForm.php?CustomerID=122)
City of Tallahassee Neighborhood & Community Services (http://www.pbmcleans.com/comments/CustomerForm.php?CustomerID=115)
Hermitage Centre (http://www.pbmcleans.com/comments/CustomerForm.php?CustomerID=132)

Sue at URS Corp. is a huge complainer.  Unfortunately, none of her complaints are recent.  We should find some recent, open complaints and respond to them personally with a phone call.

EDIT: Oh look (http://www.pbmcleans.com/comments/CustomerForm.php?CustomerID=132&LoginType=&WorkOrderID=615&ActionType=&ActiveTab=Update&ActiveTabOld=Opened), recent complaints!  Open complaints, even!  And she put her number in there!

I think I smell a phone mobbing opportunity. Or at least a PLA podcast, radio show, whatever you call it.

EDIT: Did anyone read work order #9 for URS Corp? She she posted a test message . How fuckin' lame is that.
