Title: CaCtus monkey?

If an intoxicated female monkey's was to drink the water from the innards of a cactus, could the monkey's offspring legally be called "CaCtus monkeys"?

Definitely NOT, especially legally.  If the monkey had sex with the cactus and it was her baby-daddy, then maybe you could call it that.  But then and only then.

Court systems usually favor the cactus in those kinds of cases (the mom is usually bananas), so it is likely the cactus would have custody. 

In those rare cases where the monkey gets custody, then hellz yeah.
