Yeah it looks good just make sure it gets plenty of sun and water it once or twice a week. You may want to get a new pot in the next year or so.

Once or twice a week?  I thought cacti didn't need as much water as regular plants.  I've been watering mine every Saturday.  Should I be watering them more often?

I guess it depends what type it is, but I only watered mine 2-3 times a month.

In sixth grade, before I learned about the almighty PLA, I brought a cactus to school and left it in my locker for about five months, and I was able to easily bring it back to life by just watering it again. I must ask for forgiveness for my cactus neglect, I was only a child back then.

My cactus likes the sunlight just a little too much.  It's bending towards the window and seems like it's going to get tangled up in the blinds soon.  What should I do??  I guess I'll rotate the whole thing so it tries to grow the other way, even though that'll put all the tiny cacti in the back so I can't see them anymore.

I just did a google image search for 'dead cactus' and linked to the first one in a pot I saw.

I'm actually not sure that it is. What he did was feed it with ice-cold water for a while until it was entirely saturated with ice, so it actually grew that way.

installation started 12 april 05 at Galerie Rainer Wehr, Stuttgart

The cactus is mounted on top of a cooling unit which constantly cools the cactus. You hear the usual noise of the cooling unit that has been taken from an old refrigerator. The cactus freezes because warmth is withdrawn from it. This warmth is transported away through the cooling coils of the coolant cycle. Below the window, the cooling coils are fixed like a heating and radiate the warmth. The humidity of the room and the breathing of the viewers freezes into a crystal white layer of ice and makes the cactus grow bigger and bigger. The last image shows the installation a year after the exhibition in a cellar.
