I don't know if Myth Busters has already done a segment on this, but I've heard that it's possible to blow out the speakers or amp of a car that's blasting annoyingly loud subwoofers. I mean the REALLY loud ones that rattles shit in your house as they pass by or when you're out driving. I don't know what method is used, I've heard something about using a strong CB radio but also some other small device. Anybody got some insight on this?

We call it a gun, or Eastwood Box.

Instead of blowing the speakers you should just transmist the brown noise ( 5 and 10 Hz at 120–160 dBSPL) over their stereo system while wearing some kind of hearing protection. Hilarity ensues.
