Title: UK IP Relay
Post by: somebody on July 08, 2007, 02:33:08 PM
I have been searching to no avail for an online relay that provides service to UK numbers, specifically to London.  Even the customer service departments for the U.S. relays don't seem to be aware of any.  Thanks in advance.

Speaking of IP relay, does anybody know if TOR obscures your IP from them?

Should.

If you look in the "DOS" window of TOR, it will warn you if you are passing your IP.

Wow TOR has a lot of cool features I never looked at before. Unfortunately, while it does work on the Java based IP Relay I was using/abusing, they seem to recognize it as being a bogus IP address and cut the connection.

As far as TOR exits go, there are some that are setup by normal people that have an internet addressable IP, others are dedicated servers/IPs just for TOR. The Latter tends to be blocked more often of course.

Java defeats TOR.
