Title: 700MHz Spectrum for sale

I hear Google wants to buy some of this spectrum. I read this in the New York Times, but I couldn't find it in their archive. If some one wants to quote or link to it that would be great.

Any way, I think we should buy the Spectrum, and start PLA Communications! Muhahahha!
