Title: Protel CTR200BB+ Board

Does anyone have any documentation on how to program this board?  I found the documentation on the ctr-201 and I think it is similar but, I am having trouble intializing the phone. My dad recently shut down his shop and donated a payphone containing this board to me.  Here is a link that shows what the board looks like.
