Title: Exclusive Referrals in INTERNET
Post by: frog on November 17, 2007, 10:07:03 AM
There is a website.

It has a directory which is password protected. Is it possible to make this directory accessible from one page and block access (except by password) from any other? I will try to make a diagram here...

                Everywhere
                     |
                  requires password
                     v
           Secret directory
                     ^
                 Special page

I could just think of allowing people with a specific referer to access that page and direct all others to the login prompt.

Edit: I just read the topic's title, so I don't know if you were already thinking of that....
