Is there a dialer or dialer program that can....call an 11 digit number then send another 20 digit string of touch tones and pauses automaticaly at set times?

I doubt that this is going to matter to you because its not a program for a computer, but with certain cell phones you have the the ability to do that. I have some LG phone and you can use the pause and hard pause... commmand (?) by hitting the star key two times for the pause or three times for the hard pause.

So yeah. Enjoy your useless inforation.

cmd.exe will do it, amazingly. You can send hayes commands to your com port using

ECHO [AT commands] > COM#

I'm a little rusty but I guess what you want is this (the commas are pauses and the numbers are your desired digits):

ECHO ATDT 11111111111,,,,,22222,,,33333,,,4444455555 > COM1

I'm still looking for the dialer program that makes my toast in the morning...
