I was looking around for more fake ID stuff and I found a reference in an old thread to a program called NobelCat. I was intrigued, and google wasn't a lot of help. There were a few torrents for it offered on pay-only download sites and one memo I found from a detective of some sort talking about how he finds that program all the time on identity thieves' computers in California. Does anybody have any information/torrents ect. about this?

noblecat made templates, and gave you downloadable holograms, but that template is expired.
he also made a font. if you are looking for the template, search for adult_front.psd. Stilll, the best way to do this is to scan in a recent version of the I.D. and take your time with it in photoshop, i guess, that's what i've been told. i've been reading alot of your posts lately, and it seems like your looking for help, I admire the path that your on and I know, it's difficult being paranoid/cautious and looking for help at the same time,hopefully I can lend a few pointers. If you need anything, pm me to start the three way handshake.
Btw, since I'm posting again for the first time in a while does anyone have any experience with tinyPE? If so I'd like to see some of your projects, show me yours and I'll show you mine ;)
