I'm making someone's life hell (who I hate) and I know the right thing to do, premium SMS messages. Does anyone know how I can charge them like $5 on their cell phone for something bogus?

Clone/spoof their cell, then send as many text messages ordering those stupid ringtone/backgrounds to 35555 or whatever those annoying ads are in your area.
