jammie, why does pacbell/at&t keep changing their name? Does this help them skirt lawsuits or something? kthx

Dear mr_doc,

Even old New York was once New Amsterdam. 

Why they changed it I can't say... people just liked it better that way?

I miss the variations of "Bell" in all the phone companies.  And Bell had the coolest logo.
