I wanted a perl script that made it's own bash script and ran it for getting the perl script payload.
so, i made this.  A few things, i need to work on it - i have better ideas etc, and there's two known issues thanks to those who tested it with me.
sorry the blip.tv video is of poor sound quality, i don't know what happened, i have the mp3 set at 128, 44.110 er sumn.

If you code perl and want to add email me. kp101st { -@- } gmail

Thanks to chartreuse for additions to the program! Thanks to those of you whom tested it for bugs too, cheers!

Well, Beta 0.5 is now official.  http://zombie.el.cx/youtube-thief/  '--> Runs a lot smoother and is better at cleaning itself up.
Thanks - trevelyn.

Hey trevelyn,

I sent you the updated version that can also download age verified videos.
Tell me what you think of it. It uses a different way of downloading.

Chartreuse And I Present: YouTube Thief Version 1.0! http://zombie.el.cx/youtube-thief

theres a lot of new stuff, we sent the program back and forth about 12 times.  There's a new video made personally for legend813 :P http://trevelyn.blip.tv

Note: Chartreuse, i have new ideas and such, I changed syntax of the arguments because they didn't work on my machine ??? :( ??? if the new syntax doesn't work in your environment let me know, or just change it.  more grammar issues, i think in the updater perl script i wrote "theif" stead of "thief."  heh. :)
