Title: Third-party billing to a VMB

Does anyone know a VMB provider that hasn't figured out how to block collect calls and third-party billing? And that won't charge me for the calls. I'd prefer to not use a credit card since I don't want them billing me for the calls. I'd prefer one that doesn't even know what's going on and doesn't know that I'm getting collect/third-party calls.

I tried it with k7 and it worked.  The next month my account was gone, though.
