I CLEARLY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT, EVER. why I put this here, it's not phreaking or hacking at all, but yeah, this can get you completely free outgoing calls to U.S.A. and Canada. I use it and it works great, but there's a limit to 5 minutes per call. It's at:
http://www.iCall.com and it's called iCall(duh). It only works with their client, so don't be expecting to use eyeBeam or anything with it. It's pretty useful for calling up Wal-Mart and screaming "FUCK YOU!" into the phone.

Anyways, again, this isn't phreaking or hacking, I CLEARLY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT, EVER. where to put it.

Hm... I guess the search feature fails then? I searched multiple things describing iCall, and I pretty much got "basically." "technically," "stereotypically," etc.
