I wasn't sure if there was any sort of protection on injecting scores, so I tried. It's not an unreasonable score to beat (like 999999), and I'm not going to do it on any other games.

Haha, gangals would never sleep if I set the score to that high.

Phreaking, Hacking, Social Engineering. Hacking is the exploration of knowledge. I was curious if it would work, and tested it out.  I wasn't trying to cheat, I was trying to test some thing.

What's wrong with that? I didn't keep it a secret, and the score was removed.

Posting it is fine.  I was just kind of curious.  You're the 4th person to cheat but nobody ever explains to me how it's done.  I want to learn how it's done so I can pwn every other SMF arcade on the internet!

I just intercepted the header before it was sent and changed "game=tennisSte&score=2" to "game=tennisSte&score=20".

It's really easy to do, I just wasn't sure if there have been any fixes to it because last time I have seen a forum arcade system like this was over a year ago.

immagine how mad people would be it the new score for "bejewled" was 752 Billion, courtesy of the PLA!
