Title: YouTube-Thief GUI Version for KDE and Gnome
Post by: trevelyn on September 01, 2008, 01:58:53 AM
:) http://weaknetlabs.com/code/youtube-thief-tk/ I recoded it in Perl/Tk and released it as
BETA
.  I need to do a bunch of things to it before i call it finished, but here it is.

doesn't use sed with the "-r" option so it should still work in OSX, FreeBSD, and Solaris 10 (non GNU)
Test it for me and see, if not i can write up installer scripts to stick into the tarball.  Also, i need to add support for mplayer's dumpaudio option, truncate the "&feature-related*" (that i can do with sed, but will be picky about argumenyt this time), and a few other things too.  I have a bunch of ideas, but the weekend's almost over :(
enjoy - Trevelyn.
