Plus I really doubt the police would let him get away with having that black blocky thing over his license plate number.

It looks to me like the paper backing is still on the sticker, especially since it appears to be curling up on one side. linear doesn't like his own sticker enough to put it on his car!

I think you should just give them away. The more they are out there the more potential traffic to UPL.
