People have been trying to get a hold of him for a LONG time... good luck.  This guy's urban legend status is now decades old... 

I respect his anonymity + I have a feeling others here feel the same way.

Yeah I remember laughing my ass off at that dude as a kid back in the mid-late '80s.

I think it's awesome that you have all his phone calls posted on the Web. I haven't listened to those in so damn long...

The "That's My Wife" bit is sheer genius. It's incredible the way he keeps that guy on the phone even as he gets him even more and more pissed. He's playing this dude like a fiddle. Even after he tells the guy it's just a prank call, the guy STILL wants to keep yelling at him on the phone. It's not every crank caller who has his marks trying like hell to keep him on the line!

These calls were made to the area around Odessa Delaware. The 'Coral Reef' must have folded because I can not find a listing.

There is a listing for the Wayside Inn.

holy shit, now at long last i finally figured out where the sound clip at the beginning of Less Than Jake's "Rock-N-Roll Pizzeria" comes from.

Now, if I can just find a way to timetravel back to 1998 when i still gave a shit about LTJ to let myself know.
