Not much of a prank call if he wants people to call him.  That's more like a conversation.  I bet he's already heard, "Haha, your house is messy!" once or twice.

You should call him posing as someone from the health deptartment. Tell him he's in violation of health code 1337(C)-A section C/T penal code U-S. He will have to clean his house before the next inspection. Schedule the inspection 24 hours after you make the prank call.

We should all be thankful that he didn't venture into the bathroom. God know what you would find in there. Hell I say we should at least phone mob him just for putting his number out there like that.

If his house is that messed up, I don't think he uses his bathroom.
