I had this idea for a game where you would run a telephone/telcom company. You could open up cellphone companies, offer IPTV, etc, but there would also be issues, like dealing with phone phreakers. You could choose whatever option, it would just depend.
So, good idea, or not?

Kinda like The Sims, but where you run a phone company? That would be kinda cool. You'd have to fend off hackers and phreaks from taking your company down.

not only should you have to fight attacks from phreaks and hackers, but should also have to respond to actual trouble tickets of actual customers - and face PSC fees if you do not respond to the repair tickets within a given time...
