Title: Pulling CID Info

I was wondering, is there any way to get the CID name info when people call you on your cell?

One thing I have done in the past is spoofed their number and call my landline. But is there maybe a site that can do this for me?

I remember a few months back seeing a cell phone app for this.  I can't remember for which phone OS.  But it would look at the incoming number and either check online listings or the CNAM database for a name match. Seems something like that wouldn't be quick enough on a cell phone really.  The person would hang up by the time the results popped up on your phone.
