Title: kicking a dog

my neighbors dog is super annoying and they leave it outside and the dog just jumps around and pees on MY FENCE so im super pissed should i go out there right now and just softly kick the dog(i don't wanna be to mean)

Dont kick it, go buy some exlax, and hot dogs.  Insert the exlax in the hot dogs and toss em over the fence, The dog will enjoy the hot dogs and then shit all over the place uncontrollably. it will be better than kicking it.

I like acidpez's idea.  Maybe that would drive a neighbors dog nuts that will not stop barking.  Natas kicks animals?  And seriously, FelixNi6ht, I don't mean to sound rude, but that's the ugliest dog I have ever seen.
