hello,

when PLA dose there prank calls, what do they use...VOIP or a normal phone line.Not to much to phone phreaking, but don't they worry there phone number will be traced. If they use VOIP can the feds  trace you from the number that was  listed?? can the do some sort of WHOIS look up on a domain?? thanks in advance.Yes i know its a dum question
