Title: Bizarre T-Mobile event

Yesterday I called T-Mobile and I hit all zeros to get to a representative.  I've done it many times before and it always works, skipping the giant voice menu maze.  Sometimes they pick up right away and sometimes I'll end up on hold for 10 minutes.  But yesterday I hear a strange voice say to me, "Nuh uh uh!  You didn't say the magic word!"  It repeats this at me 4 times and then hangs up on me.

The voice was a clip taken from the first Jurassic Park movie where they try to access the fat hacker guy's UNIX machine (it really was unix!) but they don't have the password so you see a picture of the hacker guy saying that same line over and over.

This event yesterday was very scary and has given me nightmares.  No drugs or alcohol were involved at the time this happened.  What should I do?

Make sure the raptor fences are still armed, if not get shotguns.

Normally I record everything, but since I've switched to a Mac I haven't gotten around to finding a good Skype recorder yet.

interesting info, as for me I prefer to record Skype with IMCapture for Skype ( www.imcapture.com )

I ended up installing one called Call Recorder and it's working pretty good so far.
