I think MadModder's prank was funny.  It just seems like a bad idea to screw with emergency services.  I know it's probably just campus police, but still.  There's gotta be some funny webcam pranks we can do that doesn't involve cops.  There was some good webcam prank ideas on Cal's awhile back, but I don't think anyone ever tried them out.

RBCP, you seem to be forgetting to give credit where credit is due. MadModder, I, Mithrandir_t00 and Mofo all gave contributions to the prank, so it's not very nice to just call it "MadModder's prank".

What the hell college was it that somebody posted links to this spring? They had webcams in the computer labs, and IIRC some had fones in view of the camera. I can remember calling and harassing the teacher in one of the rooms for the better part of one afternoon, but never really got anywhere with it.
