Title: Unintentional? crossing sign hack

They said it is snow in the crossing sign. This kind of sign hacking can be done anytime of the year with the aid of electrician's tape.

I once saw one of these in NYC, modified to give the shocker (http://www.complex.com/ENTERTAINMENT/FEATURES/Historys-Greatest-Threesomes/The-Shocker).  It was done with a torn-up sticker instead of tape, IIRC.
