I was looking for the PLA bridge when I found a bunch of horrible-ass numbers thru talkee.com, which is a free, unrestricted service. I called the Chicago Raven number and I heard some scummy ass motherfuckers trying to get a broad to give up her a55 but with no luck. I was drinking the malt liquor and I belched loud over the line and told the dudes the bitch got aids and to keep a steppin. Hi Qualitee SOOOWEEEE

The maximum persons per room is like 8, and they were already filling up....

here I am, looking for PLA, and I find potential hookers instead :(

There are some really good chat lines out there if you look hard enough.  Unfortunately most of them seem to be exactly like you described.  There's this other service other than Talkee that had quite a few good ones that I called last year.  I only stuck around for maybe an hour, but there was no yelling at all and some girl was making us all play a trivia game.

I've found that anything with the word "blade" at the end would indicate a gay chat room (IE: The Manhattan Blade)...

All those illegal conferences were a lot of fun in their time, but I think the whole Skype thing works out a lot better for private conferencing.  There are less arrests, backbilling and paranoia with them.

It was fun to hear the stories of people who set up the illegal ones via beige boxing and other extreme measures though.
