Does it still work for the most part? I was thinking about doing a little beige boxing and forwarding a small business' line(Pizza place for example) to a pre-paid cell phone and then recording the results. Just wondering if it's still something that can be done easily like using *73, or do most business' lines block it?

*72.
The only way to be sure would be to test it. Or call the telco and say, I'd like to add call-forwarding to my line--wait, do I already have it My own mediocre attempt at humor has been highly amusing to myself.?

And here I always thought it was *73 for some reason.
Anyways Near my house there's these woods with paved trails and one day I was riding through there and noticed about 15 feet off the trail there was a telco can. It's pretty secluded so I figured I could get in there and find a line to a nearby small business and forward the call.
Maybe rbcp could chime in on how they did it.
