Seriously. Go vote. If you're in the US as a citizen, of legal age, and don't participate in our nation's representative democracy when you have that rare chance, you have NO right to bitch about what gets passed. So go do it.

I voted against a civil union ban that was cleverly disguised as a ban against gay marriage. Gay marriage is already illegal, though, so I wasn't fooled.

That aside, not every leader can just be abolished, so let me urge everyone to read above the image to see once again, my position on voting. Just make sure to not look at the image while scrolling back down.

I tried to vote but It seemed they thought I was too young. This supprises me because I understand/am more educated in politics than probably half of the adults out there that can barley comprehend English (and I'm not necessarily referring to Mexican immigrants here) We need to change the voting age to 13! It's not like more than 25% will vote anyway!

This would be one of those exceptions.  This isn't a political debate, it's just a friendly message telling everyone to vote on voting day.  A better example of breaking the rules would be the posts where you constantly attack everyone in every other thread that I have to delete every morning.  But I'll keep quiet about that so I don't start a flame war in here.

In my city some voting station worker literally threw/punched out some guy.  Assault charges ≈ Vehement patriotism!

yea...I might not have to go back to iraq...that kicks ass, the democrats will have all troops pulled by the middle of next year... :o
