It pretty much is. I haven't looked at it, but I figure it's more for the entertainment than it is anything else.

Do you get requests for help non-stop all day, or a few an hour, or what? In other words, how much time do you actually spend searching?

As long as you have the application open you will get requests. They dont come one right after another, I did 27 yesterday at about 10 minutes each.  I was chatting and playing on the interwebs in between.  I am still new to it,  but it isnt hard.  You catch on with the first training search.

I submitted an application to be a guide, I just want to annoy people until I get fired. How hard is it to get accepted, and how does the whole "payment" thing work?

I got an invitation to join chacha from someone who was already a chacha guide.  So Im not sure how hard it is to get accepted the way you did it.  After a while they give you invites to hand out, I have some to give out.  If anyoneone wants an invite just message me.
You get paid by debit card.  You open an acct. with their bank and the bank sends you a card.  So when you want paid, click PAY ME and they transfer your earnings into the acct.  You can then use the debit card like any other debit card.

NOPE,  you have to log in.

To sign up to be a guide you don't even need your real information. I'm a guide now and I just put random shit in for all the forms.

Am i wrong or is the W-9 the IRS tax withholding form?  I think you would probably get in some deep trouble if you tried to go around it.  Im pretty sure you dont want to screw with the IRS.

You only have to worry about the W-9 when they issue you money. Don't take any of their money, and don't worry about it.

If you use your parents, and then they don't report that income you could get them audited... so go for it.

Last time I checked you get your social security card like 6 months after you're born.  Are they going to check your age through the SSN? Or just if it is valid?

It forces me to fill out the W-9 fourm before I can harra....I mean assist customers. I'd be fine getting no money and doing it just for fun, but noo the IRS needs to file taxes on money I don't want and not to even mention the fact I don't pay taxes anyway. Maby I can get someones old acct when they get sick of it. I tried my own soc. and it says the name is invalid, which probably means im not even on file yet with whoever they authenticate with.  I also don't feel like getting my parents audited. So I guess I'll have to wait awhile, or get someones old account. Any takers? Altalp said they issue some kind of debit card thing. Can a new one be sent to a separate address?

This is just what I remember, but isn't it if you don't earn more than $1200 in a the fiscal year, then you don't have to file income taxes?

You dont need a real social security number or anything. When it gets to the W-9 form just fill in bull shit info but say your a business or partnership and make up a company, instead of filling out the ssn fill out the one under it the EIN or whatever. I made an account like that and I'm a guide now so it should work.

Thanks for the info! But what exactly should I enter in the forum?

Ok this is pretty much exactly what I did.

1) Get someones name and address from a phone book or something.
2) Enter all the info into the proper forms.
3) When it came time to enter shit in for the SSN I checked the partnership box and made up a company name (something like roy gerbil &co.)
4) When I filled out the EIN I just typed random ass numbers in but it has to be nine numbers long.

Then after that you have to train which is a pain in the ass, however its well worth it once you become a guide.

And I also can send invites since I'm an official guide now.

If you actuallly want paid, you have to fill in the legit info.  You are not only filling in the info for the company to be able to work,  you are giving the info to the bank they use so they can set you up to PAY you.
It will be interesting to see how far you guys get before they realize somethings wrong.

I don't think I need any invites, I'll just use phish's idea. I don't even want to be paid anyway. How high is thier tolerance for troublemakers?
