i'm just looking to contact this guy, it's been a long time since i've talked to him.. i wanted to see what he's been up to, or if he's in jail... i know he lived in pennsylvania and his first name was christian.. i have the old docs on him, they are no good.. any info would help.. oh, i used to go by the alias 'pyr0t3ch'/'pyrotech'

i am (was) Underdead, mentioned in the name list above,
I used to hang out around #phreak/#hack.
its been 8-9 years after i quit with those things,& i was wondering if some of my legacy was left so i searched "underdead" in google and reached here.
we were a group from Israel which did some nice things at that time :)
it all ended when one of us entered (hacked) one of the Pentagon's computers and made a bit of a mess.
he got caught & all the media here started dealing with this.
some of us got arrested, some manage to got away, and by the end of 97 we all got seperated.
its been long time, long time since i wrote "hack" and felt this underground wind :)
my personal "expertise" were credit cards, hacking (remember the pwd file craving?),
a bit of phreaking (NONE of the US boxes worked in Israel,we had to work out on other ideas), VMB/PBX and some more..
it was really nice era.
today I am physicist in a university,one which i used to hack to :)
that it, nice seeing names with smell from the past.

i did finally find sl0ppy on efnet, still goes by sl0ppy... it was cool to talk to him again afer all these years... we are talking about putting up a domain dedicated to the 94 scene... anyone who wants to get involved let me know!!

yeah... it's still around after all these years... some of the old school 1994 scene guys are still around, mainly lurking... but every once in a while you'll come across a good conversation... i use my old nick though, pyr0t3ch or pyrotech..

Hey man, don't ask me how or why, but somehow I stumbled on to this site, this forum, and this particular thread.
I am Datarape, from "back in the day". You've got me on your list of folks you knew from the scene in the mid-90's. I spent an embarrassingly large amount of hours on #phreak, #2600, and #hack. I also wrote the rRipperScript ircii script.
I knew t00ph/sl0ppy in a very basic sense. He'd always jump on the #phreak conf calls I hosted, and I even had him in some 1-on-1 chats. I remember he was quite young and really didn't know anything about phreaking (no offense :-). I think he hung around for comic relief (and I think he knew it). Oh, and I remember he liked Garbage Pail Kids. *shrug*
Anyway, it was a blast just seeing some handles from the past:

Did anyone ever post a place where they found any of the 94-95 people still hangin out? Erikt came and lived with me in Hanover NH for a while and then disappeared overnight. Never found out what happened.
