What a great public service!  If there was one for business my life would be complete.  You know, for the ridiculously inane customers that you don't want to talk to...

"No sir, I can't help you with your question, but let me give you the number to corporate..."

Personally I like giving them ITI's billpay number.  It goes straight to "an agent," so for the first few seconds they think they're getting helped.  ITI's always been easy to phuck with... especially ten years ago.  I recently discovered they're still in business and it amazes me.  I can't help it, I have a love/hate relationship with ITI.
