Social Engineering CSR's at call centers...

As some of you may know my previous job was working in a call center during the graveyard shift.. I even prank called myself at work via the bridge. Lately I have been managing to get free outgoing calls by social engineering call center reps, we ALL know that they hire dummies at these places(we had one lady who would type out "at" and "underscore" and "dot" when customers gave her their email address ??? ) On  a regular basis we would get legit test calls on the lines and would have people from the companies that we took calls for call in for reports etc.. If they tell you that they can not transfer calls they are lying and you just need to convince them to do it.
