If I did this I would try to get on every telemarketer list that existed by giving out my phone number to every company that asked and filling out all kinds of sweepstakes entries.

That would be interesting. The telemarketers call to advertise to you and instead hear advertisements. You could always give it out on the internet as a free phone sex line. You're guaranteed a lot of calls from horny fifteen year olds!

I was playing around with skype.....

If you add "C:\Program Files\Skype\Phone\;" to your System Path, you can make a batch file containing:

Skype.exe /callto:+1617BRRING#
it will skypeout to your selected phone number.

It's a real shame that phone bomb isn't around anymore. You could bomb one of those numbers pretty much endlessly and drive up the $$
