i have to take down the ceiling in my living room (well a corner of it) for the plumber to fix my pipes under the second level bathroom in my house, and a piece of wood comes flying down and smacked me right between the eyes!  It really didn't hurt but the muscus in my sinus got knocked out and my nose has been running like mad.. thats scary.  So the first thing I did was.. Google it.  I found out that its normal for that to happen, but it scared the daylights out of me.  Has that happened to anyone else? :S

This one time at school, I went to the bathroom to blow my nose and a little chunk of flesh came out. Tiny little square of it. And then my nose bled nonstop for almost an hour, on and off for the next couple days.

But no. Never had that one.

is the air really dry where you are? it was snowing here yesterday a bit and the air was really dry lately I bet it hs something to do with that.  Plus just a few weeks ago Christmas day and Christmas eve, I had a sinus infection and had to spend the 2 days in bed.
 - it was so strange, my nose never ran from being hit in the face before heh!

I think I have a sinus infection too and it sucks.
