Going into the C.O.

After hand scanning the high and low ends of my local exchanges, I'm wonering if I should say fuck it and just go into the C.O.? I'm really looking for a way around this but at the same time I've come to a point where it seems like what I have to do is program the switch to which this particular subscriber's loop is connected to. I've done alot of research about my local C.O. I don't think that I've found anything usefull through scanning. I've read alot of social engineering text files but nothing about the daily operations and the common lingo that I could use to scam the number from an employee. Another alternative is to see if my dad's VPN that he used a couple of years ago still works, he's friends with the system admin over there and sometimes he gets administrator privileges to the database to test his software on it. Either way it's pretty messy and I'd rather use some social engineering to get the information that I need.
I've done alot of thinking about this, and it's frustrating the hell out of me. Programming the switch is just a small part of this project and I would hate to give up just because I can't find it. Especially since I've already aquired the daily authentication keys that I need from the target company and completely reversed their communication protocols. So far I've left not a trace, and I definetly will not compromise my anonymity just to finish the job, you know? But at the same time I don't want to fuck over anyone else.

Hrm, yes, I've definetly considered a blotto box. My own mediocre attempt at humor has been highly amusing to myself..
Pipe bombs are cheaper to build though.
I've also considered doing a DDoS on my dad's alarm company, sneeking into his house and stealing his rfid employee card and walking into the C.O.
Or even getting a job as a linesman, but they'd probably realize something was up, I'm not very good at hiding my snooping.

Yeah, I tried that once, as a potential solution. Afterwards, all I got was a felony case, anger management, and some fines. Go figure, shooting up heroin and my school at the same time still didn't get me into the central office in my home town. wtf?  It seemed like a fool proof plan.  In retrospect, I realize that I should have committed some federal crimes in there as well, so I could talk to all the 1337 hackers in the federal penetentiary.

You're asking us how to help you commit a crime. That's not why we're here. If you want to know the potential punishments for what you're going to do once inside the C.O, fine. List off what you plan on doing.

Otherwise, don't ask us to do your dirty work for you. You're fishing for advice (and pretty poorly, I might add). I'm glad you can take our shit with a "smile" and without some sort of stfu comment, but don't think that's going to enlist you help.
And if you're really worried about anonymity, why are you asking for advice in a public forum, where (I'm assuming) you give your real photograph, your location, your IP address (logged), and a description of your father's job.

Since I'm not about to help you commit a crime, and neither is anyone else in this forum, I'm locking the thread.
