send the midis to the phone and set as a ringer.  I do it with <NPA><MDN>@mms.<carrierwebsite.com>
but you will have to ask your provider if its different or not, i bet they are all different syntax.

Here is what I use: http://www.theymightbegiants.com/mp3/NSA.mp3 I think the technical name for the tone is “Call Connected Thru The NSA”.
