« on: November 21, 2007, 09:54:39 AM »
Hey :)

Do you know where I can find some of those calls that have just one person speaking, and a gap for the victim to talk?

I will be reallllllly greatful :)

Regards,

I think he's talking about a recording of one side of a prank call. So you call up someone and play the recording and the person thinks they're talking to a person and the recording just goes on and on regardless of what the victim says. So it's sort of like a soundboard, but not really.

I don't have any recordings like this. I do have some prank calls done by a girl who used this technique though.

If you would like to have simple fun: Redo your voice mail message to pretend like you are answering the phone in a generic way. Then wait, give a response like you cannot hear them, wait, then brake the news that they are talking to the machine.

I guarantee 90% of your friends will hate you for a few weeks. It is also a good way to get potential telemarketers really confused.

Oh yeah, I forgot that I do that trick to an OCI operator in http://www.youtube.com/v/R8KjDoiAq0k&rel=1.

I wish rbcp made more videos like that one.

"Would you like to accept the charges?"

"I wouldn't if I were you; I'm a motherfucker"

"He's a motherfucker, I don't think I will."
