Does anyone know how to op-divert with VoIP? It's not as easy as a landline. I tried social engineering one of the customer service reps (if you call 611 or call 0 you get customer service) to transfer me somewhere but they won't do it.
1-800-CALL-ATT also tells me the service is not allowed from my phone, probably because they can't bill anything through the CLEC. I also can't use any 10-10 codes or similar.
