Goog411 may be a very cool method of placing free calls to "businesses", but the call quality sucks ass! The VoIP they use has a compression and latency that makes me want to hurl. It seriously isn't worth using for a long conversation, but more for shorter calls that aren't too in depth.
Also, it should be known that Goog411 now sends YOUR number if you pass your Caller-ID to the number. Yes, I know they have ANI but Goog411 apparently cares about your privacy, and won't pass your Caller-ID if Goog411 itself doesn't get it. And as for calling 1-800-GOOG-411 from a payphone, it seems that you can no longer do that anymore, but there are ways around that.....
