"The premise was simple: a prank phone call to AT&T, asking them to install a telegraph in my home. I've been doing these corporate pranks for a long time, but I have to say that this was one of the weirdest examples of corporate behavior I've ever seen. Every one of the customer service reps was exceedingly helpful -- honestly, they were -- but none of them seemed to know what the hell a telegraph was. Best of all, no one would admit they didn't know, as you can read below:"

my favourite part was the idiot who didn't know what AT&T stood for.

my mellotron has a built in telegraph line. it finds and connects to the grid on its own.

If you are looking for a good prank, I can provide you with the TNs for Verion RCMC and AT&T LOC...Both are TNs for CLEC's leasing the ILEC's copper or resellers/UNE-P carriers.
