Things to do with information once you have it....

I was wondering, what can i do with certain information? Let's say, hypotheticaly, taht i've been building a profile of people i don't like, collecting as much info as possible. What can i do WITH it? I mean, I get credit cards and (God Forbid) calling card numbers, but what can i do with:

SSN's (Last 4 or Full)
Tax ID codes
Drivers License Numbers
Library card numbers
Shipping Addresses
Ect.

Is there anything i can do easily and more importantly, Online, with these? Also, while i'm here, can I rent a PO Box over the phone?

If you can get someone's credit card number, use that to buy the heroin and guns. If you're going to shoot up your school/parents/heroin, let someone else finance your deed.
